    Hi,

     

    Fishbase (www.fishbase.org) lists the Chilean Seabass as Patagonian
    Toothfish Dissostichus eleginoides (also known as Ookuchi, Bacalao de
    profundidad, Legine australe amongst other names).

     

    They give the following proximate analysis citing Bykov, V.P., 1983. Marine
    fishes: chemical composition and processing properties. Amerind Publishing
    Co. Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.
