The USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, Release 19
(2006)
<http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/> has an entry under sea
bass for mixed species /Centropristes striata/ L. (black sea bass) and
/Lateolabrax japonicus/ (Cuvier) [Japanese sea bass] regarding proximate
analysis, minerals, vitamins, lipids and amino acids.
