Dear members,
I got a request from a fisherman who will be involved in a sea cucumber fishery, Cucumaria frondosa, in northern gulf of St-Lawrence in the near future.
He wants to have tips for good handling practices when outside weather is becoming mild considering that the species is fragile. Informations on best storing temperatures, icing, resistance to piling and good process and equipments to hold live products and so on, will be appreciate, please.
Kind Regards,
Francis
