The university with top class food science program in China is creating a
new group, Aquatic Food Processing (Value-added Product Development
and Waste Utilization Programs), within the School of Food Science and
Technology. Available positions are tenure track post doc or assistant,
associate, or full professor depending upon the qualification. Applicants
should have a Ph.D., demonstrate publication record in the field of aquatic
food processing, and be able to design research projects written in English
or Mandarin. Each faculty member hired will teach one or two food science
courses in English and supervise graduate students. Submit your resume
