I am aware Titanium dioxide is an approved additive, and could be used for whitening the fish fillet.
Does anyone have experience using it.
I am concerend on the approved legal limits on the finished product.
Is this chemical used as such in pure form or in combination of something else? At what concentration?
Are there any commerical branded products that this chemical is marketed under?
I would very much appreciate if you could share with me your knowledge on this.
