One student is trying to make a small experiment about effect of pH on
growing of pathogen bacteria in a typical peruvian seafood. We have had a
inoculation dosis of bacterias but he doesn´t know how to eliminate possible
pathogens from a fish ... may UV work? Does UV has a residual effect? If so,
how long does the effect late? Frozen the specimen would work? Do someone
have a procedure for this kind of procedures?
