Good Morning,
Has anyone used or know of its use, a product called " Keeper" from
Bio-cide? It is a sodium chlorite solution that is suppose to be effective
in killing micro organisms in seafood products. Is this a solution that is
added to the process water or is it used as a sanitizing agent? If used in a
product it should be on the ingredient list?
