quantitative risk assessments

    I´m looking for quantitative risk assessments in the seafood area,

    So far I´ve found:

       Listeria monocytogenes in smoked fish in Sweden (Lindqvist and Westöö,
       2000)
       Vibrio parahaemolyticus in oysters in the US (FDA 2005)
       Listeria monocytogenes in range of seafood in the US (FDA 2003)

    If someone has a good overview of the available quanititative risk
    assessments for seafood, that would be very much appreciated.
