There are a number of funding bodies who provide HACCP training in Kenya.
Contact you Competent Authority at the Museum site in Nairobi, I am sure you
will find something through them. I was part of the Strengthening Fisheries
Product team working on the framework project there and whilst my part
(audit training) was completed last September, I am sure there is still some
    work going on.
