Note from Pamela Tom: Victor Garrido informed me earlier today that 8
spaces are available. This course emphasizes "cooked" shrimp and should
not be confused with the other shrimp school that the University of
    Florida offers in May.

The University of Florida together with Laitram Machinery will be
conducting the second annual "Cooked Shrimp School" in New Orleans, LA
February 6th - 8th, 2007. The school focuses in the latest trends in
cooked shrimp products, thermal process and heat penetration related to
safety and quality / yields, process and equipment validations and FDA
regulations pertaining to cooking and ready-to-eat shrimp handling.

For the complete agenda and information please visit the school website
    (http://cookedshrimpschool.ifas.ufl.edu
    <http://cookedshrimpschool.ifas.ufl.edu/> )

You may also email Victor at vmga@ufl.edu if you have any questions
    about the program.
