    Hello-

    Where can I find direction or standards for moisture testing on sea or
    bay scallops in the USA? I have had very little luck looking on the web.
    I'm looking for preparation guidelines for both fresh and frozen. I am
    working with an Ohaus MB35.

    Can anyone HELP?
