To those interested, the March-April 2007 issue of our magazine, the Global
Aquaculture Advocate, will have the themes of Seafood and Safety, and
Salmonids.
We would welcome submitted short (1000 words or so) articles on these themes
as well as any other relevant and current ones on production, genetic
improvement, seedstock production, nutrition and aquafeeds, health management,
seafood processing and marketing, and others.
If you are not familiar with our organization, the Global Aquaculture
Alliance or our magazine, the Global Aquaculture Advocate, please visit us at

promote the development of responsible aquaculture practices worldwide.
The deadline for contributed short articles is January 26, 2007 (earlier
submissions much appreciated!). However, preparing an article for our magazine
is not hard because we do all formatting and editing. No literature citations
are needed nor encouraged. Illustrations are important, and we would welcome
a few color pictures (digital images preferred, in jpg or tif format). Tables
and figures can be included as needed, at the end of the article.
