    Dear Seafood listers:

After having worked since 1989 in South America and the Caribbean in
tilapia and shrimp aquaculture as technical, production and farm
manager, I moved back last year to Belgium with my family where I am now
developing international consultancies in tropical aquaculture. I am
very familiar with the technical and production processes and I would
like to specialize in the setting up of EU exports standards at farms
and hatcheries levels because I think it’s a new and important gap which
needs to be filled. My qualifications and experience make me well suited
to this kind of consultancies and I am seeking information about the
possibilities of training, and/or employment in this field.

In your opinion, what should be the best way to specialize myself in
this field? Who should I contact? What should be the trainings to
    follow?

I hope you can inform me and I look forward to hear from you. Thanks in
    advance.

    Yours truly,
