skin of dry-salty cod

    Dear colleagues,

    I would like to know if somebody knows a destination for skin of dry-salty cod, therefore my pupil works in a company who purchase the cod with skin and simply removes them and plays outside. I thought about using to advantage it, but I am unaware of some product.

    I'm wait some information.
