    Dear List,

    Please let me know whether there are any regulations/ guidelines
    internationally on shutdown periods for switch over to processing different
    type of food items containing fish, meat & vegetables.

    (ie) shut down time for a food processing unit to switch over from
    vegetables to fish, fish to meat, meat to vegetables etc.
