International standards for fishing vessels & Fishing harbours

    Dear List,

    I believe that the Council Directive 91/493/EEC has been repealed. In such
    case is there any EU regulations/ Directives on the standards for

       1. Fishing vessels & factory vessels
       2. fish landingcentres / harbours.
       3. Seafood processing units.

    Also please let me know from where I can get International
    standards/requirements for Fish landing centres/ harbours & small fishing
    vessels.
