We are considering using a guar/xanthan gum ingredient in a product that
contains cream cheese. Both guar gum and xanthan bum are listed on the
product ingredient label (as an ingredient in the cheese).
If we add the gum to the formulation, do we have to include guar gum and
xanthan gum in the ingredient panel. It would be in the ingredient list
twice.
