In addition to the below can anyone suggest the temperature recording device
which can continuous measure the temperature for cold roods and the units
fixed in the cold rooms

Subject: continuous temperature monitoring devices
We are looking for a continuous temperature recording device that can
measure internal temperatures of 3 pieces of product simultaneously inside
of cooker. Ideally the unit would be outside the cooker, and would display
the continuous temperature record. Similar to a circular chart, or a strip
chart, I suppose.
