One option to meet your interest is the LOG-TEC Controller system. This
is an "off-the-shelf" controller system that you can use it to control,
monitor and record a retort process. LOG-TEC Controller system complies
with US Code of Federal Regulations (CFR's) for validation requirements
including, Electronic Signature, Audit Trail, Electronic Record Review
and Data Storage.
Embedded in the LOG-TEC is NumeriCAL real-time model. Based on the
real-time retort temperature sensed by the control RTD, NumeriCAL model
calculates the real-time accumulated F-value for those containers
located in the slowest heating zone of the retort. This real time
F-value is displayed on the controller, so the operator can easily see
the real-time F-value progress. Since NumeriCAL model is used to predict
the product cold spot temperature, you don't need to put a thermocouple
