I do know of a company that can provide you with an off the shelf piece
of equipment monitor and controller that can provide you with the
progressive and total F-value using digital applications. The equipment
can monitor 1 or more thermocouples and will display the accumulated
F-values. Please get back in touch with me so that I can put you in
touch with the company and designer of the equipment. It would be
helpful to know more details about what you are cooking, the process you
are using and other details so that the parameters can be set for your
