    Hi,
There is a product called Cecure from Safefoods (www.safefoods.net/cecure/cecure.htm) you could give it a try. I understand it is used widely in the poultry industry as of now but can be used on seafoods.
    Dear Mr. Ahmad,
I think you could forward your principal's contact to Anne.

Does anyone have any information on using an alcohol based product in spray form on raw fish fillets to eliminate bacteria?
I had heard about a product called SDAG that is used in Canada, I don't see a reference for its use other than an MSDS and it doesn't sound like something you would use on a food product. I am not sure if this is FDA approved or how one would use it. Would appreciate the education if anyone has heard of this.

      Thanks
