Does anyone have any information on using an alcohol based product in
spray form on raw fish fillets to eliminate bacteria?
I had heard about a product called SDAG that is used in Canada, I don't see
a reference for its use other than an MSDS and it doesn't sound like
something you would use on a food product. I am not sure if this is FDA
approved or how one would use it. Would appreciate the education if anyone
has heard of this.
