Following with sashimi questions and related questions, does anybody know
the process of capture, preparation and freezing tuna aboard appointed to
Japanese market? Are there any rules that have to be fulfilled from the
ship that makes the capture to achieve the quality required for these type
of products? Where could I find more information, especially video
information about the process of caught and treatment given to tuna aboard?
