Good Morning
I'm hopeful someone on the list serv can assist me.
We have encountered a large volume of sashi yellowfin and big eye this year.
The sashi (as called) is a clear pocket running through out the loins.
I have been asked by my supplier if this could be Myxosporidean protozan
parasites? I have researched this under parasites however the information I've
read states this is common in fresh water fish our product is of salt water.
Any assistance or information you can provide will be welcomed
Kind Regards,
Melanie Merry
