    Hello,
    You might start from here:

Look for "commercial test products", "commercial APC test products", "sanitation test kits"
          Hope it helped,

      Subject: Swab Testing Kits

      Hello Everyone,

I am interested in (very) economical means to spot check seafood processing facilities for microbiological levels (i.e., environmental swabbing).

So far, my inquiries have yielded two possibilities: bioluminescence equipment (costing in the range of several thousand dollars); and other testing kits which provide quantifiable counts (costing around $1,000).

I am looking for something to provide detection of excessive levels of contamination (I don't need an exact count) that is both highly portable (e.g., could be put in a

briefcase) and very inexpensive (perhaps $100-200). I am under the assumption that such swabbing kits exist, but don't really know where to obtain one and/or how exactly to describe one.

Any suggestions or info would be welcome.

      Thank you.
