We require the services of a seafood specialist in EU regulations for our
Maurtitius based enterprise for a period of 2 - 3 months. Applications of
candidates with experience in EU food legislation, inspection of
establishments and sampling plans are welcomed to apply. An veterinairy
degree and experience in food inspection in an EU member state or harmonised
country would be an advantage. Immediate availability is required. A good
working knowledge of English is a must. Knowledge of the French language is
appreciated.
