    Based on the CODEX committee public hearing notice that I e-mailed on July 3, 2006 (http://listproc.ucdavis.edu/archives/seafood/log0607/0007.html) the correct date for the US CODEX Committee Public Hearing is September 6 (NOT August 7, 2006).
