I am looking to hire a qualified seafood analyst to perform mostly
sensory, but also some microbiological and chemical analysis of a
variety of fresh & frozen products. North Coast Seafoods is located in
Boston, MA and is a producer of a wide variety of seafood products.
Applicants should have a college degree (there is some flexibility on
this), be able to handle a fast paced work environment, have good
computer skills, know the product, be self motivated and most
importantly be enthusiastic about the product!
The position offers tremendous growth potential to the right candidate.
Other duties may include sanitation/HACCP inspections, employee
training, development of product specifications, and new product
development. The position is full time and may involve some limited
travel.
