Next year I will do a Msc in seafood technology here
in Brazil, so I want you to make a simple question but
important to me. What are the books that you would
recommend to me to make a review of these subjects:
biochemistry
physical chemistry and
microbiology
When I were an undergraduated student I used
Lehninger(Biochemistry), Atkins(Physical chemistry)
and Microbiology´s Brock, but I din´like the Atkins
and Lehninger, so I would like you recommend me some
others to make my reviews of these subjects.
