    Dear All,

    No pbl to use ClO2 as it has been registered as TP#20 (Protection of
    Feed and Foodstuff) under the Directive No 98/83/EC

    Residue = Not Detectable

    If you have residues (and the amount is sufficient to have
    technological and/or functional and/or nutritional properties) , it
    becomes a food additive and it cannot be considered any longer as
    processing aid... so it has to be on the food additives positive list
    (in what foodstuffs it can be used and what are the residues
    allowed), and labeled.
    But the ClO2 is not a food additive in EU.

    Kind regards,

    RM
