    Dear all

As a client you have the right to ask the HACCP plan to your suppliers in Cambodia.

An electronic version (maybe PDF) will be useful, to determine the degree of compliance copies of CCP records will help you take a decision, you can select the records thru a random number chart associated to different dates.

As a matter of fact FDA requires that all the importers in the USA must have a copy of the HACCP plans in foreing establishments.

If the documents do not meet your expectations, you are able to decide to run an on site audit, or simply discard the supplier.

A country normally has plants approved to the EU or USA, but there are plants approved for both markets, you can choose the last option.

    Asunto: HACCP question

Is there a listing of seafood plants with haccp plans in a given country?

For example, is it possible to determine whether any exporters in Cambodia
    have Haccp plans?

I am interested in thoughts on this list.
