Having worked extensively in foreign countries where HACCP plans are in
place, it becomes a matter of application and regulation. "Certification" by the
foreign country's Gov't Authority or interpretation of a company's QA
department at times is far from US standards.
So, if it were me, I would send my own team or go myself to do my own HACCP
"certification".
