    Dear Members,

I'm trying to answer an enquiry from a UK seafood exporter. The exporter
wants to export a crustacean (Nephrops)-based product to the US. This is a
frozen breaded product that requires cooking before eating.

Is there a legal requirement for the product to be Listeria free? Are there
any US microbiological criteria for Listeria or other pathogens in such a
    product?

    Regards,
    Ivan
