As a small feed producers I applaud the initiative to consolidate 50
different food and feed labeling laws into one set of regulations. We produce
livestock feed in the USA and face at least 50 varied regulatory agencies each
year for each product.

There is no reason for such territorialism in a simple food labeling issue.
