    We intend to do a limited production run salmon stunned with the
    traditional iki jime method this summer and are very interested in
    speaking with anyone with experience with this method of spike stunning
    smaller fish (2-6 kg) to learn from their experience.

    If anyone on the list has had experience with this process, please feel
    free to contact me either through the list or directly.
