Dear Mr Jiwa,

  Titanium dioxide is used in fish and fishery product as whitening agent, especially in surimi analog products.
  Usage of titanium di oxide in the fishery product is not allowed in some EU countries.
  But in US and Asian countries, it has been used if there is proper labelling on the packs.
  The dosage could be about 0.5 to 1% maximum.
