    hi~

A quick check of the FDA regs (www.fda.gov ) does not show a permissable use
for Peroxyacetic Acid alone, only in combination with other ingredients. See
    the following references:

Can someone please tell me if peroxyacetic acid is an approved substance
(FDA and/or EU) for seafood (whether in direct contact or in the water
    supply)?

    Thanks in advance.
