Can someone comments on this TVB-N method? Is this kinda modification of
Conway's microdiffusion method? Or just using the Conway plate?
".... weigh 25 g sample, add 75 ml TCA 75%, and homogenize for 1 minute...
take 1ml of the filtrate and put it into the left-outer chamber (plate?).
Meanwhile, take 1 ml 2% H3BO3 and add it to the inner chamber, and 1 ml
saturated (1:1) K2CO3 to the right-outer chamber... incubate at room
temperature overnight or at 35 deg C for 2 hours....titrate with 0.02 N
HCl until the boric acid turns from colorless (?) to pink...."
