Everfresh is currently manufactured by and can be obtained from:

We have recently carried out some comparative trials between Everfresh and
sodium metabisulphite to good effect. Everfresh appears competitive with
metabisulphite as an effective treatment of blackspot in Nephrops.

I am unaware of the Japanese treatment Sunny Fresh.

    Dear Lister,

I am actually looking for the name and address of the two companies which
are making the two following products:

    - Everfresh initially made by Pfizer

    - Sunny Fresh initially made by DKS International in Japan

These two products were used as metabisulfite substitutes to treat the
shrimp in way to prevent melanosis.

    Tanks very much,

    Hervé Lucien-Brun
