Dear List Members,
Can anyone on the list suggest which freezer would be appropriate for SIQF freezing - brine freezer or spiral or blast or any other type, suiting the below given requirements:
1) Should be able to freeze 5 Kg packing.
2) Material to be frozen will be contained in cartons.
3) Should be able to reach -18 deg. C in as less time as possible.
If anyone has been using a good freezer can you please share your experience.
