I'm from Chennai recently entered seafood processing, packing and storing business.
I always get requirements from our different buyers to pack shrimps in Frozen Weight, Frozen Count or sometimes in Net Weight, Net Count.
Suppose if we take K G Count as 10, what will be the avg no of shrimps and its per shrimp weight when we pack at 20% glaze Frozen count frozen wt and net count net wt.
Can somebody make clear what is the difference between the two. Are there any web literature available on the same.
Please guide me.
