    2/3/06 I work with a Japanese company that re-processes arrowtooth
    flounder ( turbot ) in China . They tell me a US company told the China
    company that there was a chemical that they could add to ATF that would
    improve the texture. They said the chemical may be the same one use
    in Vietnam for peeled shrimp . If there is a chemical like this can
    anyone give me the name and where I can get it in the US . Is it
    approved in the US . Thanks . Ray Swanson
