Attached is a letter and public notice announcing the start of the public comment period for proposed changes to the Seafood Processing and Inspection regulations (18 AAC 34). The comment period runs from December 30, 2005 - March 2, 2006. A copy of the proposed regulations and public notice will also be available at DEC offices and at http://www.dec.state.ak.us/public_notices.htm.
