    We are arranging an organoleptic workshop for the afternoon after the
    Pacific Fisheries Technologists meeting (Anchorage, Alaska March 5-8,
    2006 - www.pftinfo.org) and would like input on preferences for products -

    If you were attending the workshop which of these products would you
    like to test?*
    Fresh salmon, halibut, cod, pollock, flat fish, shrimp
    Smoked salmon, Halibut, Sablefish
    Canned salmon, Shrimp
    CO treated tuna
    Surimi blocks and analog
