      Dear members,
I am working in fresh tuna industry. I want to know the problems and solutions regarding the chilled tuna exports in card board boxes instead of thermocole (regiform) boxes.
It will be of great help if i get any literature to improve the quality of fresh tuna or to maintain the freshness in cardboard boxes.
    Thanks and regards.
