    Trends In Seafood Logistics is a new on-line course being offered by the
    Business Enterprise Institute of University of Alaska Anchorage. This
    5-session course will cover processing technology, shipping methods, quality
    practices, safety issues, and traceability & tracking. The course is
    designed to appeal to anyone in the seafood industry, from harvesting to
    processing to shipping. Trends in Seafood Logistics starts 17 October 2005,
    and the price is US$295. Because it is offered only on-line, it can be
