    Early registration ends October 10th! -- 25th Annual Food Safety and
    Sanitation Workshop and Exhibit Show "25 Years of Progress", October 25-
    26, 2005 at the Sheraton Portland Airport, Portland, Oregon.

    This annual event sponsored by Washington State University Extension,
    Oregon State University Extension, University of Idaho Extension and the
    Northwest Food Processors Association, presents a great educational
    opportunity to food industry personnel with processing and sanitation
    responsibilities. In addition to our base menu of workshops, we'll have
    two Spanish language classes: Basics of Cleaning and Basic of Sanitizers,
    as well as Auditing as a Beneficial Tool, Product Traceability and Organic
    Issues, just to name a few.
