Seafood Services Australia (http://bookshop.seafoodservices.com.au/ ) offers a Video called "Boat to Belly" which is in English, Greek, Vietnamese or Mandarin. The video promotes a through-chain approach to seafood quality, safety and hygiene and occupational health and safety. It would be a useful training tool for use in conjunction with other training packages.
