technology, and human health. The meeting's five symposia cover product
traceability, novel uses for fishery by-products, new technologies
including polymerase chain reaction and high pressure processing, and
current issues facing the seafood industry. The conference will also
feature several poster sessions designed to give researchers and
presenters ample time to review advances in industry and technology.
