Training in Russian

Hi there

Greetings from Armenia.

As part of the work involved with starting from a scratch a Competent
Authority for Fish and Fishery products, we are facing the issue of further
training in the areas of Fish Quality and Fish Inspection.

I'm after your advice on training courses in Russian or regulatory
interchange possibilities with other CA of former soviet countries for
Armenian Inspectors and Industry quality management, as English is not the
most common spoken 2nd language, particularly by government employees.

Any leads and suggestions are most welcome.
